Hello all,
On Saturday (February 20, 2010) Juliana did one of cutest things I have yet to see her do. We were getting ready to go to the flea market in Lafayette. Ray was looking for his other shoe. He looks down at Juliana, who was sitting on the floor watching him look around. He said, "Juliana where is my other shoe?". She looked up at him, looked around for a minute, and proceeded to take off her own shoe to give to her Daddy. As if to say, "I don't know Daddy, but here is mine if it will help." LOL If I must watch her grow up (because no one has found a cure for growing up), at least I can say it is times like that, that makes me look forward to her cleverness in the years to come, but yet dear Lord, help Ray and me in the same token. heehee

Yesterday, Ray and I bought a potty chair for Juliana. I just put her on it to see what she would do. She fussed which was what I expected.
Today,Juliana and I had a 'head on collision' which resulted in her first busted lip and the beginning on a headache for me lol. Poor thing, I felt so bad. I was getting her out of the crib from a nap.
Juliana also used the potty 2 times today! WOOHOO lol.

It was a cute picture of her sitting in a basket not knowing what to do with the fuzzy thing in her hands (it was a bunny, not a rabbit, a bunny hehe -for Monica lol-inside joke).

Usually Juliana waits until I come in the room to get her up. She usually wouldn't even sit up unless I am in there. It is official, Juliana now stands up and waits at the side of the crib to have some get her out. I am not looking forward to what she will be doing next. lol
Also, today she actually fussed to go potty. Now she had already gone pee in her diaper, but I can't expect perfection yet. She still went pee in the potty. I got her off the potty and put a clean diaper on her. Then she crawled back to the bathroom and fussed to go potty again. She then went poop in the potty. Of course, after she got up and I put the diaper back on her she must not have been done; I still had to change her diaper again lol. Boy, Juliana will like to kill me one day when she finds out Momma wrote this originally online for the world to see LOL. She'll have get over it! hehe

We were all playing outside earlier all of sudden she came pretty close to saying "Bug" out of nowhere. Then Ray brought the bubble machine outside. She was doing her best to say "bubble". Now there are pretty of words she says but none completely crystal clear yet.
Oh, I almost forgot to say, for the last few weeks Juliana has been blowing kisses. She blows kisses to Ray when he goes to work or she will blow kisses when she knows it is time for bed (regardless of what time of day it is lol). It is so cute!
